The Marin Audubon Society (MAS), a 501(c)(3) organization, is soliciting this Request for Proposals to provide construction services for the Corte Madera Ecological Reserve Expansion Project (Project). The Project has been developed by MAS, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) and Siegel Environmental, and is being implemented under a Project Agreement between MAS and CDFW. MAS is the Project Manager, Siegel Environmental is managing the bidding process and serving as MASí representative during construction, and John Rogers of CLE Engineering is the design engineer. Project construction is funded by grants from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Wildlife Conservation Board, and MAS.
